General Policies


Late Arrival Policy: Clients are asked to arrive on time for their appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply. This policy ensures that we can maintain our schedule and provide the best experience for all clients.


Children and Guest Policy: To ensure a relaxing and safe environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend the appointment. Children and additional guests are not permitted in the service area unless prior arrangements have been made.


Health and Safety Policy: For the safety and well-being of all clients and staff, we ask that you refrain from coming to your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to any contagious illnesses. Please contact us to reschedule if needed; cancellation fees may be waived in such cases.



Personal Privacy Policy: Your personal information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. We do not share or sell client information to third parties.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy


At JüSon Naturals, we understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. To provide the best service to all clients and respect the time of our stylists, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:


  • 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a 35% cancellation fee. This helps us fill the time slot and accommodate other clients.

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We appreciate timely notification to allow adjustments in our schedule.

  • Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows: Same-day cancellations or failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of the full service fee. This policy is in place to respect the time and preparation that each appointment requires.


These fees are necessary to ensure fairness and consideration for both our clients and our staff. We encourage you to reach out as early as possible if you need to change your appointment. Cancellation and late fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. These fees do not transfer or apply to future bookings and will need to be paid in full prior to the next scheduled appointment. All fees can be waived at the discretion of the service provider.

Rescheduling Policy

We value flexibility and want to accommodate all clients as best as possible. Should you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment time to avoid any fees. Rescheduling within this window allows us to maintain smooth scheduling and ensure all clients receive the time and attention they deserve. Failure to reschedule within 48 hours may be treated as a late cancellation and could result in a cancellation fee, as outlined above.

Refund and Satisfaction Policy

All services provided by JüSon Naturals are non-refundable. Our goal is to ensure that every client leaves feeling satisfied with their experience. In the rare instance that you are not fully satisfied with your service, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Our team is dedicated to addressing any concerns and making the necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. We take pride in our commitment to quality and client happiness, and we will make every effort to correct any issues promptly and professionally.

Payment Policy

All payments for services are required in full at the time of your appointment. This policy ensures a smooth and efficient process for both our clients and staff, allowing us to maintain the highest standard of care. If alternative payment arrangements are necessary, they must be discussed and approved prior to your scheduled appointment.
